Privacy policy
This privacy policy describes how the AIDPAC app handles information. It matches the app as built and will be updated if practices change.
You can browse Home, Activities, Join, Connect, and About without creating an account. Saved activities, language, appearance, notification preferences, and previously loaded announcements and events are stored on your device.
If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message so AIDPAC staff can read and respond. Those messages are visible only in the staff dashboard. They are not shown publicly. A honeypot field and a send limit help reduce automated spam.
The “Email AIDPAC directly” button opens your own email app to [email protected]. That message is sent by you, not through the app’s servers.
Optional browser notifications may be used for new activities, event changes, important announcements, and event reminders you request. You can turn these off in notification preferences. The app remains fully usable if you decline.
Registration and social links open official websites or forms published by AIDPAC staff. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Staff sign-in uses Google, X, or email and password. Only invited or first-registered staff can publish content. Administrative credentials are not stored in the public app.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the contact form as live chat. We do not display member lists in the app.
For privacy questions, email [email protected].
